The world was at war when C.C. Crawford made her debut in the world. The war in Europe was raging and the Empire of Japan had made a surprise attack on the United States Navy base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. She was born into a wealthy family with little money but a large asset of love. Her childhood was spent in Central Florida. Her family home was adjacent to her maternal grandparents. She spent many wonderful hours with her grandmother developing her love of flower gardening, horse racing, politics and football. You will find her love for these events in her writing.
C.C. Crawford became interested in writing after a family tragedy. Her desire to chronicle the aftermath of the event and the effect it had on her community and family. After several years of writing and reliving the tragedy, she turned to writing fiction. Her stories come from the heart, bolstered by life knowledge and experiences.
